Aquilegia flabellata Little Blue Wonder Bigelowia or an old hybrid withAquilegia flabellata 'Little Blue Wonder' is our name for a columbine seed strain that's been masquerading in plant lists as Aquilegia jonesii x saximontana, which it certainly isn't. Regardless of the name, this is an outstanding rock garden sized columbine. The 6" tall x 8" wide evergreen rosettes explode in early April (NC), with upturned lavender blue flowers with white tipped cups very cute.
