One is square and its stopper has a rectangular cutout in the stopper. The stopper edges have a couple of small flea bite chips. In addition the stopper is a bit wiggly. It is not signed and does not have a labelbut from my research it is by Lw Rice. The other bottle has it original sticker and was made by UCSGO Japan. this bottle also has a few small flea
